Our Story

 In 2023, Sun Grants Consulting was founded by a team of experienced professionals with a shared passion for sustainability and a mission to help businesses and organizations harness the power of solar energy. Our founders, who have a combined 20 years of experience in the solar industry, saw a need for high-quality grant writing services that could help organizations secure funding for solar projects.

Prior to founding Sun Grants Consulting, our team worked in a variety of roles within the solar industry, including solar installation, project management, and grant writing. This diverse background gave us a unique perspective on the challenges that businesses and organizations face when it comes to implementing solar projects, from securing funding to navigating complex regulatory requirements.

As we worked with clients on solar projects, we saw firsthand how grant funding could make the difference between a project that was viable and one that was not. However, we also saw that many organizations struggled to navigate the complex grant application process, and often didn't have the resources or expertise to write compelling grant proposals.

That's when we decided to launch Sun Grants Consulting. We wanted to use our expertise in solar installation and grant writing to help organizations of all sizes and types secure the funding they needed to bring their solar projects to life.
